How many km is it from Kathmandu to Mustang?

You can fly from Pokhara to Jomsom (about 25 minutes), then drive approximately 120 km to Lo-Manthang (about 4–6 hours by jeep).
Can Indians go to Mustang, Nepal?
Yes. Indian nationals can visit Mustang but must obtain a special restricted-area permit (same as other foreigners). This is mandatory for both Upper and Lower Mustang.

Is solo trekking allowed?
Thailand is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit generally falls between November and March, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable for outdoor activities. However, if you’re looking to avoid the crowds or get better deals, the shoulder seasons (April to June and September to October) are also great times to visit.
